Service time profile
Overview
A service time profile defines service times, location, and time zone for the service level and field service management.
General
| Name | Internal name of the service time profile. |
| Status | State of the service time profile. Only active service time profile can be selected in the service level. |
| Time Zone | Time zone for which the service time profile applies. |
| Apply Regional Holidays | Define whether a country's holidays are considered as work-free. |
| Country | Country the holidays of which will be used. |
| Working Times Configuration | Define working times that are valid for the service level. |
