Installing Matrix42 Call Tracker

Matrix42 Call Tracker is delivered with Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management and should be installed individually on each client PC. Before you start the installation, make sure that the used telephone is reachable over the TAPI Interface of the client.

To Install Matrix42 Call Tracker:

  1. Open Matrix42 Marketplace.
  2. Search for the necessary release version of the Enterprise Service Management product.
  3. Click the Setup & Runtime Redistributables button to download the archive containing Matrix42 Call Tracker installation files. 

    The Matrix42 Call Tracker delivered in Setup & Runtime Redistributables includes the installation packages for 32- and 64-bit systems. Each package contains the setup.exe file and the Windows Installer Packages: matrix42.PhoneCallTrackerX32.msi and matrix42.PhoneCallTrackerX64.msi.

     
  4. Start the corresponding setup.exe file, and then click Next.
  5. Define the installation folder and select the type of installation (only for you or for everyone who uses this computer). Click Next.
  6. Click Next to start the installation.
  7. After the successful installation, click Close.

  8. The Matrix42 Call Tracker icon can now be found in the system tray.
