Overview
All your services & hardware are displayed here. For example, notice in the screenshot below how your Services are shown.
My Services
Employees can easily identify their assigned software, hardware, access rights, and other services delivered through the Service Catalog.
To search My Services that are assigned to you:
- Go to the Matrix42 Self Service Portal and click My Resources in the navigation area
- Open My Services
- Click inside the Search field located at the top of the screen, enter search criteria and press <Enter>.
My Hardware
Employees can quickly identify their assigned laptops, monitors, accessories, and other hardware resources, with clear visual indicators distinguishing active and reserved devices.
To search My Resources for services, hardware that are assigned to you:
- Go to the Matrix42 Self Service Portal and click My Resources in the navigation area
- Open My Hardware
- Click inside the Search field located at the top of the screen, enter search criteria and press <Enter>.
