Authenticated users can interact with Matrix42 Neo directly from Teams without first opening the Matrix42 Enterprise portal.
Supported scenarios can include:

- Finding relevant information
- Reporting issues
- Starting supported requests
The Microsoft Teams integration is customer-configurable and requires mapping between Microsoft Teams identities and Matrix42 Enterprise users.
