Matrix42 Intelligence

What's Changing

We introduced the new Matrix42 Intelligence experience, providing AI-powered assistance for remote device support, troubleshooting, and real-time actions.

Why It Matters

• Helps users understand the value of AI-assisted remote support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and real-time actions on connected devices.
• Reduces the need for manual communication and onboarding efforts by presenting Intelligence directly within the product.

Impact

• Customers can start a 30-day trial directly from the onboarding dialog. The Matrix42 Intelligence Onboarding dialog is enabled automatically for customers who have not yet enabled Intelligence. 
  The dialog can be dismissed at any time, either temporarily or permanently, using the Don't show again option.

Prerequisites

• Available in FastViewer WebConsole v1.14.0001 or later.
• Requires access to Matrix42 Intelligence services.

Improvements

Asset Management:

• Redesigned the Asset Dashboard to provide a clearer overview and surface more relevant information.
• Improved asset search with enhanced full-text search capabilities across device names, hostnames, information fields, and MDM-related identifiers such as IMEI, serial number, and device UUID.
• Existing Comments and Info values from FastViewer Desktop are now imported automatically where available.

Tables:

• Enhanced table customization options, including column resizing, reordering, visibility settings, and sorting support.

Various Improvements:

• Added a What's New dialog to highlight new features and improvements after updates.
• Added support for Comments and Info fields on assets and folders.
• Added the ability to export assets to CSV files.

Bugs Fixed

• Various bug fixes and stability improvements.

Additional Information

• General usability enhancements across the application.
• Performance and reliability improvements for asset management and administration workflows.
