What's changing

Matrix42 Neo is now available during Remote Assistance. Matrix42 Neo automatically receives the relevant context, allowing it to understand what the user is currently working on and provide more relevant assistance.

Why it matters

Users can open the Matrix42 Neo chat sidebar during an active remote connection and interact with the Neo assistant without leaving the session.

Impact

This new feature allows users to benefit from AI assistance during their sessions.

Prerequisites

Users need to either have an active trial version or a Matrix42 Neo license. 

Responsibilities

A user with Administrator-level rights needs to enable the trial or the license.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed the missing Access with credentials title in Remote Assistance.
• Fixed an issue where the Frame Color color picker was not displayed correctly under the Remote Assistance Profile.
