Technical Prerequisites
Technical prerequisites for the AI Proposals for Service Desk extension.
The AI Proposals for Service Desk extension for Service Desk enhances our existing Enterprise Service Management solution. To use this feature, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Your Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management deployment needs to be:
- ESM 25.4.0.1185 or higher for AI Proposals versions 1.1.x.
- ESM 26.1 for AI Proposals versions 2.0.x.
- The New Look must be enabled.
Network access needs to be enabled to authenticate the service connection using https://mx42-prd.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token and https://esam42next.m42cloud.com/auth/realms/prd/protocol/openid-connect/token.
