Overview of the Workflow Designer,  a no-code, browser-based tool for automating business workflows, including actions, workflows, and analytics.

Workflow Designer is available in the Administration application → Services & Processes → Workflow Designer.

The area includes the following information:

• Overview: a dashboard with most frequently used actions like add new workflow or manage workflows, and key information on Workflow Designer adoption split by users, departments, tools, including AI-powered actions usage, and analytics on the executed workflow instances. • Workflows: page with a list of available workflows in the system, including basic information like name, integration context, released version, creator, and creation date. From this page, users can create a new workflow, search through existing ones, edit, clone, activate, deactivate, delete workflows, or export workflow data.
