Matrix42 OS Installer is an application which allows for the complete customizing and automatic installation of the operating Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 Update 1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016. The customized information includes, for instance, the IP address, the hardware drivers, and location-specific information.

The operation system installation can be done via:

• a CD/DVD or
• a USB stick or
• Preboot Execution Environment (PXE), with is integrated already in the BIOS of many computer via LAN-On-Motherboard.

Computes from all places can be activated from a central point for a operating system installation/migration. A real time status reporting serves information about the operating system installation at any time.

Via WakeOnLAN it is possible to run installation processes at night or lunch time.

Launching the Matrix42 OS Installer

1. Select Start > Programs > Empirum > Matrix42 Management Console.
2. In the navigation bar switch to Configuration > OS Installer.
