A complete audit trail is available for how Neo Agentic Assistant selects and executes tools. The audit supports operational troubleshooting, security reviews, compliance requirements, and consumption analysis.

Audit Information

Each recorded audit entry includes:

• User and channel.
• Selected tool and its source.
• Applied configuration and confirmation policy.
• Execution timestamp and duration.
• Execution result: success, failure, cancellation, or rejection.
• The reason an attempted operation was blocked, where applicable.
• Correlation to the affected Matrix42 object or workflow where possible.
• The AI provider and model used, where applicable and permitted.

Using the Audit History

Both successful and blocked or rejected tool requests are recorded. Administrators can filter audit records by tool, user, result, channel, and date. Audit information is accessible only to authorized roles, and retention follows the platform's standard audit and data-retention configuration.
