How to launch Empirum DBUtil:

1. Go to Start > Programs > Empirum > Tools > Empirum DBUtil. 
   The Empirum DBUtil Login dialog appears:
   
2. Enter the necessary data to log on to an existing EmpLocations database, and click Login.
   or
   Click the Create... button to create an EmpLocations database and continue with chapter Creating EmpLocations.

The parameters of the dialog are explained in the following chapters:

• DSN
  The data source EmpLocations has to be selected here.
• Database Username
  Name of the database user for logging on to the database server (e.g., sa).
• Password
  Individual character string to identify a database user.
• ODBC button...
  Creating, modifying, deleting, or checking data sources
• Create button...
  Creating an EmpLocations database with corresponding DSN.
• Login button
  Logging on to the selected database.
• Cancel button
  Closing Empirum DBUtil.
