Allows you to create a data source (DSN) or to assign it to a new or existing location.
To edit the data source of a location, you must proceed as follows:
- Select the location.
- Select Actions > Edit location…
- DSN: The data source has to be selected here
- Database Username: Name of the database user for logging on to the database server (e.g., "sa").
- Password: Individual character string to identify the login name.
- ODBC... button: A dialog box appears, where you can edit the file, modify existing, remove or tested new computer data source.
- Select an existing DSN for this location or click the ODBC... button to create a new DSN for this location.
- Enter the new parameters for the Empirum database of the location.
- Confirm your modifications by clicking Finish.
