External systems must be known to the Empirum Interface Service before they can use this service, i.e., they must be entered into the table EmpExtSubscribers. Each system that is controlled by Empirum through this automation interface is assigned a unique ID and a description. The ID ensures that each job is assigned to one external system only and can be tracked accordingly by this system. All mandatory fields must be set to execute a job.
