Neo understands the context of Matrix42 Enterprise, including available workflow components and business objects such as users, services, and categories. When requirements are unclear, Neo asks clarifying questions and lets you refine the workflow through conversation.

How It Works

1. Start workflow generation from a supported Workflow Designer or M42 Assist entry point.
2. Describe the required workflow in natural language.
3. Neo asks clarification questions when required information is missing or ambiguous.
4. Review the generated workflow, including supported triggers, conditions, actions, properties, and execution order.
5. Open and edit the result directly in Workflow Designer before releasing it.

Limitations

• The system does not silently invent unresolved identifiers, values, or unsupported components.
• Unsupported requirements are clearly identified and either excluded or represented as items requiring manual completion.

Prerequisites

This capability is active when the Workflow Agent capability is active for the configured AI Service Provider.
