In order to edit an existing variable definition, proceed as follows:
- Start the Empirum Management Console (EMC), change in the navigation pane to Management > Administration and select in the Extras Menu > Variable Definitions..., or click on the

Define Variables icon on the toolbar.
You get to the Variable Definitions dialog window. - Select the variable definition to be edited and click on the
.gif)
Edit button.
You get to the dialog field Variable Definition. Each parameter of the dialog can be found under Adding a Variable Definition. - Edit the Variable Definition.
- Apply the modified variable definition via the OK button.
- Close the Variable Definitions dialog window via the OK button.
