With this tab, you select, from which branch of your directory service (ADS or NDS) you want to synchronize to which configuration group of the Matrix42 location (starting points).

After the connection to the ADS or NDS server has been establish, you must no make assignments (starting points), i.e., specify from where to synchronize to where.

1. Under Configuration groups, mark the group in the Empirum location database that has to be synchronized.
2. In the right window, mark the NDS or ADS branch from where to start the synchronization.
3. Click the button to add this assignment.

With this step, the task is entered in the lower window, into the list of starting points. This list helps to provide a better orientation to find out from which server which branch or branches will be synchronized. It is not possible anymore to select a starting point in the two upper windows.

If you want to delete a starting point, mark the respective starting point in the lower window and click the button.
