  4. Postpone (n times)
  5. Ignore installation interval
  6. Click Next..
  7. Select on which computers the selected software package shall be reinstalled.
  8. Click Next..
  9. Check your settings and confirm with Finish.

The computer which shall be reinstalled is moved to a temporary subgroup, together with the selected software package.

Reinstallations without previous uninstallation correspond to an enforced installation and are performed without respective prompts.

Reinstallations with previous uninstallation are displayed in the user's prompt window.

Upon successful reinstallation, the temporary subgroup is removed again, and the computer(s) are set back to its/their original status.

The uninstallation that has been performed is displayed in the SwDepot log (Uninstall: Installation Pending and then Reinstall: Success).

When using the setup feature Reboot=5 any required reboot is performed after uninstallation, which is also displayed in the SwDepot log with respective Reboot Pending information. Please note that two restarts may be performed for respective packages (after uninstallation and after installation). Packages with Reboot=1 do not initiate an intermediate reboot.

Packages for which the Do not install additional packages option has been selected, stop the reinstallation process, if several packages have been assigned for reinstallation with prior uninstallation and installation is continued during the next agent polling.
