The Tools menu has the following options:

Change Password

This option is used to change the password for the logged-on database user.

1. Select the menu Tools > Change Password.
2. Enter the current password and the new password, confirm the new password, and click OK.
   The password for the logged-on user has been changed.

Select Locations

How to select additional locations from the location database (EmpLocations):

1. Select the menu Tools > Select Locations…
   The Empirum Login dialog box appears.
2. Select EmpLocations as DSN.
3. Enter your username and password, and click the Login button.
   The Select Locations dialog box appears.
4. In the left window, select the location(s) to be additionally displayed in the Empirum Manager.
5. Confirm your entry with OK.

Create Offline CD

How to open the dialog box that lets you create an offline CD:

1. Select the menu Tools >Create Offline CD.
   The Offline CD creation dialog box appears.

RollOut Termination

How to open the dialog box that lets you make the settings for the RollOut termination:

1. Select the menu Tools > RollOut Termination.

1. Select the menu Tools > Properties...

This menu option can be used to define new variables or change or delete existing variable definitions.

Reset Default Answers

How to reset the settings of default answers:

1. Select the menu Tools > Reset Default Answers.

The message boxes that were configured not to be displayed anymore are displayed again.

Empirum Remote SyncMonitor

The Empirum Remote SyncMonitor provides detailed information on activated Empirum Sync jobs on the selected Empirum Server.

1. Mark an Empirum server and select Empirum Remote SyncMonitor... in the Tools menu.

The Empirum Sync Monitor - <Servername> dialog box is displayed.
