In this window, you can specify when and how often you want to synchronize the directory service with the Empirum location database.

• Automatic Synchronization
  • Minute-by-minute: Specifies the synchronization interval in minutes.
  • Daily: Specifies the starting time for the daily synchronization.
  • Weekly: Specifies the weekday for the weekly synchronization.
  • Monthly: Specifies the day of the month on which the synchronization has to take place.
• Manual synchronization
  • Synchronize configuration groups: Specifies whether the configuration groups are to be synchronized during a manual synchronization.
  • Delete computers (End of Life Management): Specifies whether computers that have to be removed from the directory service via the Empirum End of Life Management are to be deleted during the manual synchronization.
  • Synchronize now: The synchronization is started immediately, independently from the set calendar.
• Polling interval: Interval for checking the calendar times set under Synchronization.
